AOC Policy on
Conflict-free Minerals
華上光電積極地響應全球對衝突礦產的抵制行為,承諾不使用衝突礦產,不接受來自於中非地區剛果與鄰近衝突國家所開採的原生礦材,以確保錫(Sn)、鉭(Ta)、鎢(W)、金(Au)
等四種金屬,並非來自剛果民主共和國及其鄰近國家受武裝團體控制之礦區所開採。華上光電亦要求供應商履行禁止使用上述之「衝突礦產」。下列國家出口之金屬不符合「無衝突規範」:剛果民主共和國(DRC)、盧安達(Rwanda)、烏干達(Uganda)、蒲隆地(Burundi)、坦尚尼亞(Tanzania)、肯亞(Kenya)(聯合國安全理事會認定上述國家皆為剛果礦脈之礦產,為衝突地區)。
