2007/1/11 - AOC Claims To Protect Its Intellectual Property Rights   Arima Optoelectronics Corp.(Arima Opto.) announced today that quite a few major LED makers may have infringed its patent(no.171221)about the process of mixture of phosphor and scattering optical media. This patent, which claims a scattering optical media with a band gap larger than 3eV, can improve the color quality of white LED.
